Highlights include a large-scale installation of obsolete objects, a pictorial image of Tbilisi's Iveria building, and pieces exploring themes of memory, transience, and societal issues. The Georgian Museum of Fine Arts has purchased the entire exhibition, which will be displayed at the museum. Rekhviashvili, who graduated from the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts and the New York Academy of Arts, is known for his sharp and critical artworks that blend historical painting with modern technology.

Kera Gallery presented a solo exhibition by Galib Gassanoff during Tbilisi Art Fair (TAF) 2024, showcasing his new project, INSTITUTION. This creative initiative allows Gassanoff to express his personal and aesthetic connections to various cultures. INSTITUTION aims to operate as a social-artistic organization with ethical foundations, symbolizing a new chapter beyond fashion.
Gassanoff, a Georgian of Azerbaijani descent, grew up in Tbilisi's diverse cultural landscape. He moved to Milan at eighteen to pursue fashion, co-founding ACT N°1 in 2016. INSTITUTION features garments made from natural fibers like silk, cotton, wool, and leather, sourced from high-end producers' leftovers, making each item limited.
The collection revives traditional Azerbaijani hand-weaving techniques, using cotton shoelaces instead of wool threads. To preserve this endangered skill, Gassanoff involves local women in crafting the garments, ensuring their employment and skill transfer.
This exhibition not only highlighted Gassanoff's artistic vision but also his commitment to cultural preservation and social impact, marking INSTITUTION as a new chapter for all involved.
